This rustic building with annex, to be restored, surrounded by a vast land of exclusive property, is located in a unique position, on the top of a hillock immersed in an oasis of greenery, at about 65 m above sea level and less than 400 m from the caletta delle Buche and its pristine crystalline sea.Undoubtedly one of the most evocative places on the Costa del Sole, which makes this object an opportunity not to be missed for those who love open spaces and seek peace and tranquility in a context where time does not seem to flow.
