Just a few minutes from the famous beach of Cotoncello of Sant'Andrea, in an environmentally intact, quiet location with spectacular views of the sea and the northern islands of the Tuscan Archipelago and the Italian coast to the North, in a residential complex of 5 independent units, articulated on 4 levels, the 3 units and the technical volumes placed on the two lower levels, and most of the relevant terrain, are on sale. As a matter of fact, given the steep slope of the property, the first 3 levels are all leaning against the rocky terrain (granite), and only the uppermost level can be considered completely off the ground.

The upper house, consisting of 2 small units on 2 levels, and the adjoining terrain, with completely autonomous accesses, are excluded from the sale.
