At about 200 m above sea level, this villa in a dominant position on Corsica, Capraia and on the boundless sea is a rare opportunity for those seeking tranquility and comfort, in the most authentic natural and unspoiled western oElba. It is accessed by the Provincial n. 25, better known as the Western Ring Elbano through a tarred road, only slightly busy, as there are only two properties above the object in question, and there are no tourist trails towards the Mount Capanne, which is not far away. The tranquility is assured, along with the convenience of direct access by car. The house is unfinished. There have been made structures, the roof, the partitions and some preparation plant, but needs an intervention of completion, which covers all the fixtures and installations, including the fixtures. The window frames - shutters and doors - have already been installed, but will be partly to replace. Respecting the performance of the original terraces, the building is divided into two levels, which gives the interior a pleasant sense of movement. On the lower level, sea side, oriented to the west, has a large and high living room, and an adjoining room, kitchen use. On the South side, the municipal access road has a double row of umbrella pines, which ensure the villa shadow, combined with the natural ventilation of the places, guarantee the attractiveness of the summer enjoyment, even during the hottest tips, much to remove the need for air conditioning. Inside the property you can be arranged two or more cars. The connections (electricity and water) are available without problems. Public sewer is lacking, and the planning rules expected in these cases the installation of a sewage treatment plant and a system of constructed wetlands, with the disposal of final waste even on your own property. It costs a few thousand euro. The next, very tiny little bay, is the one of “Le Buche”, exclusive oasis of tranquility even in August, with water of an incredible transparency, which is accessed via municipal road first and then with a shady foot path in about 10 minutes. The next beach is the one of Patresi under the Lighthouse, it features a convenient slipway. And the cove of Polveraia and of Cotaccia are other two hidden paradises. These are all characterized by a crystal clear sea and a snorkeling paradise backdrop.

A 2-3 km to the east is St. Andrew with its sandy beaches, and 6.8 km to the SW are Chiessi and Pomonte, with their pebble beaches and cliffs, the Elviscot wreck, and of course the transparent water of granite!

Also Patresi and Colle d'Orano are the terminals of the great paths of Elba, with great trails panoramic views and satisfaction for walkers and also for mountain-bikers.
